Southwest: email #Fail

I booked flights on Southwest Airlines today. We don’t have frequent flyer miles with Southwest, so I decided to enroll after securing the tickets.

But guess where the referenced link takes you? To a 403 error — not a “file not found” error but a “forbidden” (access problem) error.

That’s a very big “oops” … yes, this email is an auto-responder, but the error shows the myriad of dependencies that must be considered whenever you re-architect a site.
