Which is worse, writing “their” for “there” or writing “their” for “they’re”?

Here’s the entire email promotion in a screen grab.
Tip: if there is a verb involved, it’s “they’re” (they are).

I can’t believe writers don’t know the difference between “they’re” and “their” (and even “there”). I think they just say the word mentally as they write, and let their (or they’re) fingers fly. Sometimes, once the error is pointed out to them, they’re on the lookout for the error in their writing. Or not.
