		<description><![CDATA[One aspect which a community organize and act is exemplified in Pierce County Washington where today, October 15th, Pierce County Project Homeless Connect  literally &quot;connects&quot; those in poverty and homeless with free food, medical care, veteran support, mental health services, dental care, haircuts, food stamps, flu shots, HIV testing, TB testing, Pneumonia shots, Hepatitus B shots and other support services vitally necessary.  Visit Pierce County Project Homeless Connect and learn more &amp; watch a PSA via YouTube which brought together community representatives in Pierce County to say  &quot; we can stop homelessness &quot; and provide support for those impoverished.]]></description>
